as I started adding all the pics to this blog post I got to thinking… is this even real!? one of my best friends from childhood and high school, Mikaela, is getting married!!! I still feel like just yesterday we were in the back seat of her Altima, singing Miranda Lambert’s, “Mama’s Broken Heart” at the top of our lungs.. or we were hanging out in the student section at the Friday night football games.. or traveling to Destin and taking silly pics outside of Alvin’s Island.  Where did time go???

but here we are.. and last Saturday the bridal party through her the cutest little shower at our Country Club!! wanted to share some pics of the event with y’all and maybe give you some decoration ideas in case you have any showers coming up!  as always, I suggest going with a theme.. pick some colors and start working around them! acccent pieces are critical, flowers will do the job, and a delicious cake is a must…. I may or may not have had 3 slices of this one ^^ and cake pops…. omg my all time fav!!!!

and to end the post.. a huge congrats to Mikaela & Trey!!! can’t wait to stand beside them on their special day & watch all the wonderful things God has in store for them!
