Wheels up! And NYC bound!! — that was me yesterday and this was my travel look!
I always snap pics of my airport outfits but I’ve never done a full post featuring one! Since I sometimes struggle with what to wear on flights, I figured y’all might too! So why not give you some inspiration!

First rule of thumb, I always go for casual. Normally you’ll catch me in leggings, (especially when we had that 20 hour flight to India) but we had a late flight that gave me time to get ready. And since we were meeting my family as soon as we landed I wanted to look somewhat put together… When I want causal, cozy, and comfy, yet still cute, sweaters and jeans are my go to! I’m actually wearing my favorite pair of denim in this post, from Red Dress! They have a great fit to them! I’m so tired of buying jeans that stretch out after the first wear or two, so thankfully these aren’t like that! They are TTS and affordable!

My sweater is also pretty new and another favorite! I originally bought the rich truffle color, in the size Small and it was a little big. I decided to order this plum color in the XS and still keep the brown to wear with my black, faux leather spanx or light washed jeans.  If you are tall, or want it to fit like a tunic, I suggest ordering your normal size. If not, size down! All just depends on the length you prefer and oversized fit.

There ya have it! My airpot look! And just to touch upon my luggage, it is Michael Kors, and available in 3 different sizes!  I’ve gotten so many compliments and questions about it in the past and just wanted to say that I definitely recommend it!  Black is always a great color choice when it comes to suitcases because you don’t have to worry about it getting dirty or scratched. Plus, these are a little more stylish, with their studs!

If you have any recommendations on what to do in New York please send them my way! We’re always up for trying new restaurants, seeing different things, and some good shopping!
