Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Try-On

Welcome to today’s try-on session, featuring all my favorite picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!
As I’m sure most of you all have noticed, this is one the biggest, most popular sales of the year! It’s the sale that so  many people wait for, then stock up on their fall essentials, at the perfect price point!
This year I opted for lots of basics! Tops, jackets, jeans, scarves, and hats that I can wear over and over again! Many of these tops and bottoms that I’m featuring can be used to create multiple looks!

Here’s a basic overview of what I’m featuring in today’s post! This pic is shoppable! Just hover over the images, click on the spots, and it will take you directly to the link!

This look is created from all staple pieces! Start with a basic long sleeve tee, then add your scarf and cardigan!

Trouve Layering Tee (marked down to $32)

Come fall we are all going to need tops for layering!
And this is the perfect one!! I’m going back to order it in a few other colors!
It’s a very light weight, tissue like fabric, so it will look great styled underneath jackets, cardigan, and scarves! Runs TTS  (I’m wearing the XS).

Tyler Scarf (comes in 3 colors, marked down to $22)

I’ll never have enough scarves! I seriously love throwing them on all fall and winter long! Last year I remember looking for a good staple, brown one, but never had any luck. This year I scored this ‘Tyler Scarf’! I  like wearing it wrapped up or hanging down with a cardigan.

BP. Stitch Curve Hem Cardigan (marked down to $32)

I’m wearing the XS and it fits perfectly! The best part about this cardigan is that it’s not too bulky! It actually looks very cute on and shapes your figure nicely!

BP. Emma Skinny Jeans (marked down to $35)

I have a hard time finding light washed jeans that look good on me! However, these are slowly growing on me! They fit more like a capri style, rather than a true skinny jean! I actually prefer this length though because it looks really good with booties!

Drop Shoulder Ribbed Sweater (marked down to $26)

This is another great basic! It’s a light weight, comfy, casual top that’s good to throw on! I’m going to wear with shorts now and jeans in the fall!

Free People January Tee (marked down to $32)

I’m beating myself up for not ordering more of these! Holy smokes this is the top I want to live in 24/7! It is soft and comfortable. Plus, it shapes your shoulders perfectly before it tapers off!

Denim Jacket (marked down to $56) & Converses (sold out on Nordstrom so I’m linking them somewhere else!)

I posted this pic on Instagram last week, asking what you all thought about this jacket! At first I  couldn’t decide on it because I thought it might be too bulky! After wearing it around the house and trying it on with different looks, I can confidently say I’m sooooo glad I kept it! It looks great with white denim, dark denim, and black jeans!

Topshop Dress (marked down to $26) & BP. Corduroy Baker Hat (marked down to $19)

I purchased a couple hats to wear on my honeymoon and I got this dress to wear in L.A.
Looks like I’ve combined a couple different looks to create a chic, casual style! This dress is made from a ribbed material and fits very tight! Love how it is a midi length and cuts low in the front and back!
