Bridesmaids
Welcome to Day 3 of Wedding Week!
It’s all about my beautiful gals today!!! There’s something so special about each one of my bridesmaids! Whether they’ve been by my side since birth, are family, or college friends, I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!! I truly believe that quote, “behind every successful woman, is a tribe of successful women who have her back”. These are my girls.. my tribe.. forever and always!
“Y’all have been by me through thick and thin, no wonder I wanted you beside me, when I married him!”
Timeline, Checklist, & Gifts

So many of my bridesmaids were from out of town, so I decided to mail out a timeline and checklist for all them! I sent them about a week before the wedding so they had a quick reference to important times and things they needed! Highly recommend doing this if you have a bunch of girls!
The bibles and bookmarks are from their gifts when I asked them each to stand by my side! You can see more details on those, in this post!
Dresses & Hangers

You can shop their bridesmaid dresses HERE!
Hangers are custom made from Woodworks & Wishes!
BTS of Wedding Morning

I’m sure I’m like most brides, when looking back it’s hard to remember all the details of the day.. I did my best to try and soak up the morning time with my girls! It’s fun to look back on all the pictures of us getting ready and just hanging out! Never again will I have all these girls together like that, so there are a million memories from that morning/day that I want to cherish forever!
My Maid Of Honor

I gave my MOH a simple belt to wear on her dress! I wanted to do something special for her and I’m very glad I did! It may not have been much but it made her outfit a little more unique!
Bridesmaid Robes

Robes are available HERE! – Slippers are available HERE!
I went with black robes to keep it simple and chic!! I had them all monogrammed to match their custom hangers!
Bridesmaid Bouquet

1. 2. 3. Dress Reveal w/ my Gals

Not only did I do a first look with my dad, I did one with my girls too!
I had them walk down the path in front of me then my photographer set them up! I counted to 3, and SPIN… They got to see me!!! This is definitely something fun to do with your bridesmaids and the pictures always turn out so cute!
A Moment of Prayer

Right before we went to take individual pictures I had everyone stop. Before things got hectic and we all ended up everywhere, I wanted to take a short moment with my bridesmaids and pray!
I thanked God for blessing me with each one of them and how grateful I am to have them in my life.. especially on my wedding day!!

Meet my Bridesmaids

Last minute we got the idea to create custom boards for each one of my bridesmaids! I swear this might have been the best idea ever because I loveeeeeeee these pictures!! They all show when each girl came into my life and how I met them! Makes me realize how many friendships I’ve been blessed with over the past 24 years!

Reception
To My #1 Gal…

Rachel…
You’ve been in my life for 6 1/2 years. But this past year has meant more to me than I could ever tell you. From the moment I started talking about C, to the time we got engaged, you’ve stood by my side through it all. There’s been good times, bad times, happy times, and sad times, but if there was one thing that got me through it all, it was you.
Something that stood out to me, that speaks volumes about our friendship, is the morning of October 17th. I called you.. I still remember where I was standing and what I was wearing. I told you I thought we were going to lose Dexter and I didn’t know what to do. By the end of the day you were here, by my side, in Paducah, in my home… You picked me up and got me through the roughest time of Clint & I’s life. Those 3 days leading up to the wedding wouldn’t have been bearable without you.. You went to Panera for me, you took me to get my nails done, you handled my stress, you felt my pain, you dried my tears. When I didn’t feel pretty, you reminded me what it’s like to be beYOUtiful. You showed me grace, compassion, and most of all love… We’ve been through sooooo much together and words really can’t describe it all. But during my wedding week you proved to me just how blessed I am to have you in my life. God gave me you.. my soul sister.. and for that I will be eternally grateful.
Rachel Julia Miro, thank you for showing me what true friendship is. For showing up, being supportive, and always lending a helping hand. You’re my person, forever and always. love you!
& TO ALL MY BRIDESMAIDS:
When I look back on my life, I see each and everyone of you in some chapter or another. And as I started my happily ever after, I chose each of youth stand by me for a reason. On Day 1 of my new book, Clint and I wanted you all by our sides. The past is the past. And the future is the future. But how lucky am I to have you all apart of it all!?
Chandler, Taylor B., Mikaela, Lindsay, SheaLeigh, Taylor N., Elaine, Kate, Kyleigh, Caroline, Chelsey, & Kattie, I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Thank you for being a huge part of #candtengagedatsea
