Hello all! My name is Torunn Lee Stuen & welcome to my page beYOUtiful!

For starters, let me tell you a little about me!

Torunn (my name) has origins in the old norse lounge, meaning it comes from Norway (where my dad is from). it stands for ‘Thor’s Love’. Supposedly, they say, people with this name have a deep inner desire to serve humanity and give to other by sharing money, knowledge and experience, or creative and artistic ability.

Coincidence? or Fate? I have now started a blog as a way to serve, give, and share all my thoughts, ideas, and styles!! I believe I am finally fulling my calling, of ‘Thor’s Love’, and I hope my blog allows you to do the same!!!

Where Do You Live? – I am a born & raised Kentucky gal! I attended school in Atlanta, GA, but now I am back home again! 

Why Start a Blog?- Over the years I have acclaimed a passion for sharing my fashion, my styles, my adventures, my hobbies, my dog.. Yes, Oslo… and so much more with all my beloved family, friends, and followers! Here is where I can freely express and expose all my favorite trends, books, styles, accessories, decor, recipes, and etc. I find this platform to be a great creative outlet for me and a way to document my day-to-day life!

What Is Your Education Background?- I graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology, in December 2016. I obtained a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Marketing.

Family Background- My parents, along with my brother, immediate family, & my fiancé are the most supportive people in my life! My family is where my life begins and my love ends.

Faith- I was born and raised a Christian Baptist! I am a strong believer in Christ and his word. I enjoy doing daily devotionals that relate to what’s going on my life.  My favorite verse is Isaiah 41:10!

What advice do you have for women wanting to become fashion-savvy?- Indulge in your own personal style! Wear what makes you feel comfortable and beautiful! Fashion is what we make of it!! It’s a great way to express who we are and what we are feeling!  — also.. if you ever need any inspo, just use pinterest or follow @liketoknowit for the latest trends 

My Advice to Women- Love Yourself! Every piece of you.. inside & out! God created us just the way he intended! Realizing self-worth & beauty comes from within is the most important thing in becoming a strong, confident woman.
