Happy Mid-week! Hope you all are doing well.. It’s officially summer here in ATL. the weather is really, really heating up.. It’s brutal… when I walk to class or shoot at work all I can think about is getting back in the AC. and I’ve noticed myself drinking more water. my mom actually got me this “Hydrate” bottle that comes with a chip & keeps track of how many ounces you drink in a day. It’s really neat! I like seeing if I reach my needed daily intake. remember, drinking a cold glass of water first thing in the morning can help your metabolism, or so they say 😉
