Pregnancy Products for your Skin & Body

Hi Everybody!
Wanted to hop on here today and share some of my favorite products that I use daily to help with my pregnancy skin, symptoms, and body! A lot of you have asked about these, so I’m linking them all below!

Matana Stretch Mark Oil

A company sent me this stretch mark oil and I’ve been using it these last couple of weeks! It is very moisturizing and has so many great reviews!! I like it because it’s thin (you can apply it by itself without any body butter) and it doesn’t have a strong smell. I’ll probably continue using it postpartum too just keep my skin nourished and glowing!

Mama Bee Body Oil, Mama Bee Belly Butter, & True Blue Spa Body Butter (from Bath & Body Works)

As pictured, these 2 products + the Burts Bees Belly Butter, have been on repeat since I found out I was pregnant. (Right before we took these pics I ran out of my jar of the Belly Butter or else I would’ve included it in there.) Just know that I like to use some type of body butter, mixed with some oil, every morning and night! It is a little oily when you first apply it but then it sinks in! I haven’t gotten any stretch marks (yet) and I’m thinking it’s because these products have really helped nourish my skin and keep it firm.

Bath Salts – also recommend this brand as well!

Towards the end of my pregnancy I’ve really struggled with sore muscles and back pain, especially on days I work out. I’ve noticed if I soak in these bath salts it really helps! As soon as I step out of the tub I feel more relaxed and less tense. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Pink Stork Labor Prep Tea & Citrus Ginger Tea Drops

I started drinking these teas in my 3rd trimester!
Every morning I normally drink a citrus ginger tea drop (I feel like it helps with my digestion and I just love ginger).
Every night I drink the Pink Stork ‘Labor Prep’ Tea. I read so many great reviews on it that I knew I had to give it a try. It’s supposed to help prepare your cervix for labor and aid with recovery. (& hey, I’m willing to try anything that the other mamas recommend!)
